Strong start for Emmanuel University XC and TF at the Young Harris Invite tonight!

The Men finished the 5K race with a 2nd place finish behind host, Young Harris.
👟 The Lions had five runners place in the top 20.
👟 Harris White led the Lions with an 8th place finish and a 5K time of 17:50.1.

On the Ladies side, the Lions placed 3rd behind North Georgia and Young Harris.
👟 Aubrey Barnett led the way with a 7th place finish in the 5K (22:29).
👟 Rose Reardin (17th place) and Caitlin Frison (18th) closed out the Lions top performers!

Lions pick up a W against Western Oregon 3-1!
🏐 Ellie Jackson led the way with 15 kills, with Cailin Pritchard (12) and Natalie Wilson (10) ending the match in double figures.
🏐 Marusa Pesut picked up 41 assists, with Pesut and Madelyn Banton each adding two service aces apiece.
🏐 Pritchard, Wilson, and Brianna Bigelow had themselves a block party, collecting 2.5 each!
🏐 Isabel Miller shined at libero, with 17 digs on the day! Ellie Jackson picked up 11 to complete a double-double.

The Lions are back in action tonight at 10PM against University of Hawaii at Hilo!
