We often do pull-ups in class. This doesn’t mean you have to be able to do a full rep pull up from a hanging bar.

But with OCF you can still participate In the workouts and get stronger so you can get your own pull-ups.

Cynthia here is doing a foot assisted ring pull-up. They are challenging and fun!
