The following is prohibited:
• Obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit postings, profane, violent, hateful or racist language, including masked words (***), acronyms, and abbreviations;
• Personal attacks of any kind, insults, threats or defamatory statements;
• Spam, advertising, solicitations, and fraudulent messages;
• Copyright and trademark infringement; Posts that advocate illegal activity; and
• Posts that otherwise violate any Park District of Franklin Park policies, or any local, state or federal law; and
• Posts that otherwise violate Facebook’s Statement of Rights and Responsibilities. A comment posted by a member of the public on any District social media site is the opinion of the poster only, and publication of a comment does not imply endorsement of, or agreement by, the District, nor do the comments necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of the District. Please be advised that content or posts on District social media sites that relate to District business may be a public record subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act.
