What we wish someone had told us before our first class ↓

Modifications aren’t a fallback. We cue them intentionally for every posture so you can take the option that supports your body and fits your energy best.

Every class weaves in nervous system regulation, and breathwork closes it out. You’ll leave energized and restored, not exhausted. (That’s the whole point.)

The metric that matters most? How you feel. Barre3 is a practice built around exactly that - not how you look.

There’s no one right way to do a posture. Our instructors guide you to find what’s true for your body and your energy that day, not so you can look like everyone else.

Barre3 is your invitation to reject what fitness culture has told you success looks like. It’s a space to get curious about what success actually feels like, for you.

So many women have walked through our studio doors for the first time already believing the story: waiting to feel like she’d earned a break, apologizing before class even started, just in case she wasn’t good at this yet.

Then the shift happens. Modifying a move stops feeling like backing down. Breath becomes something you lean into instead of pushing past. Taking a break stops needing an excuse, because you know rest is part of how you build strength, not a pause from it.

And at some point, usually without noticing exactly when, you stop needing to prove you’re working hard, because you can already feel it in your body.

We’ve watched enough people walk through our doors to know exactly when the shift happens: you start showing up for the same class because you know who else will be there, you save the spot next to you without being asked, and you stop comparing yourself to your neighbor and start celebrating their wins.

The barre3 workout gets you here. It’s full-body, low-impact, and challenges you without depleting you. The community is why you stay.

The instructor who remembers your bad knee. The regular who checks in when you’ve been gone. The friend someone dragged to their first class who’s now been a member for years.

The goal has never been to just "get through" class. In every workout, our instructors cue you to stay present through physical challenge—teaching you that you can stay grounded and resilient through healthy discomfort.

And those benefits don't end when your workout does. We practice fitness so we can show up fully for the moments that matter most.

Here’s the why behind our practice:

Strength Training: We build functional muscle and postural alignment so you can lift your kids, pets, and heavy luggage with ease. It’s about building a body that feels capable every single day.

Cardio: We use low-impact, form-first cardio to boost your stamina without the burnout. By training your heart rate to rise and settle with control, you build sustained energy to power through your day—no mid-afternoon slump required.

6 ways to transition into fall ⬇

The end of summer is an invitation to pause, and the start of fall is an opportunity to return to routine.

If your nervous system is feeling spent after summer’s busy schedule, the shift into autumn can be a moment to embrace a slower, more grounded pace.

A few intentional choices to bring you back to center:

—Build a consistent fitness routine instead of glorifying intensity. Remember: your body needs space to restore and rebuild.
—Swap a scroll for a walk. Leave your phone in your pocket (bonus points if you leave it at home). Let your mind wander without a screen.
—Savor a slow and quiet morning. Ditch the temptation to rush. Take the time to tune in before the world catches up with you.
—Set a seasonal intention. Fall is a natural time for fresh starts. Ask yourself: How do I want to feel as the weather cools? What boundaries will protect my energy?
—Pick up that book you’ve been meaning to read for months. Dedicate 20 quiet minutes to completely immersing yourself in a story that has nothing to do with your to-do list.
—Practice purposeful reset. Doing “nothing” isn’t wasted time—it’s vital maintenance. Give yourself full permission to unplug without guilt.
