Slow?
Get Stronger…it’s that simple.

Put away the agility ladder, tidal tanks, and fancy footwork drills.
•
Speed is determined by how much force you can produce. The more force (strength) you can apply into the ground, the faster you will run.
DO THESE SIMPLE THINGS:
1) Get STRONG…like really strong
(unilateral most importantly)
2) Do explosive lifts and jumps
3) Box Jump/Depth Drop
4) Max Effort Sprints
5) Heavy Sled Pushes
