CapCity Tumbling will be put on pause. With me working 12+ hour days at the office due to us being short staffed, it has left me with very little time for family, myself, or wedding planning.

Once the building is finished and I have more time availability, I do plan to start back.

This decision has been incredibly hard for me because I truly love all of my little athletes. But right now, I have to put my mental and physical health first.

‼️REMINDER‼️

As of this week, CapCity Tumbling will no longer be offering regular classes until further notice. I truly appreciate everyone who has stood by me during this busy and challenging season of life. 💙

I will still be offering private lessons whenever my schedule allows — just no weekly classes for now.

I’m doing everything I can to make things work for everyone, but at this time it has become very difficult balancing it all. I run CapCity completely on my own while also working in a management position at the urgent care. We’ve recently had some staffing changes there, and as part of management, I’ve had to step up and help wherever needed.

Some weeks I may only be able to fit in a couple of private lessons, while other weeks I may have more availability. I just ask for patience and understanding during this time, and I promise I’ll do my best to work with everyone.

Once things settle down, I absolutely plan to offer random pop-up classes and camps whenever I can!

•{let me preface this message by saying tonight’s classes (Thursday 05.07.2026) are still happening}•

‼️‼️CapCity Tumbling classes are going to be put on hold for the time being ~ this will take affect next week, starting May 11‼️‼️

With that being said, I am still going to try and fit in as many private lessons as I can.

Unfortunately, things have become very challenging at my other job. We recently lost a few employees, and I now need to step up more in my Assistant Manager role, which means going back to working 12-hour shifts.

My heart is absolutely devastated because I truly love my classes and all of my athletes so much. This was not an easy decision, but right now I just can’t make everything work the way I want to, and it wouldn’t be fair to my athletes if I couldn’t give them my full energy and attention.

I hope everyone can understand and continue to support CapCity during this time. ❤️

Please feel free to message me with any questions or concerns. Like I said, I will still be offering private lessons whenever my schedule allows — I’m just unable to continue classes at this time.

We’re kicking off our first Tuesday classes tonight, and I couldn’t be more excited! I can’t wait to meet some new athletes and get back to work with my returning “oldies”. 🤍✨

When you arrive, please check in with me to take care of payment and sign a waiver.

We do have a lot of new families joining us tonight, so please be patient during check-in as it may take a little extra time to get everyone signed in.

Don’t forget to bring your athlete a drink and have them dressed in comfortable clothes they can move in easily! 🤸🏻‍♀️💙

Y’all… I’m still not fully recovered from my trip 😅 I am exhausted lol — but CapCity Tumbling is officially back in full force this week!

Hey CapCity family 🤍

I wanted to let y’all know that I’m having to cancel classes and privates for tonight. With our trip coming up, plans have shifted and we’re now leaving earlier than expected. On top of that, I’ll be working 12-hour shifts every day next week leading up to it (my only time off is tonight and tomorrow), so I need this time to get everything ready.

I appreciate your understanding so much and hate any inconvenience this may cause. We’ll be back at it soon and ready to go! 💙💛

📣 CapCity Tumbling Update 📣

Hi everyone! I wanted to give you a quick heads up on a few schedule changes (please add these to your calendar and let everyone else know in case they don’t see this):

• There will be NO classes on Sunday the 26th
• There will be NO classes on Wednesday the 29th

These cancellations are due to work conflicts since I am having to leave midweek to head to South Carolina and pick up my sweet puppy. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!

Also, please remember that our new schedule begins May 1st — which means there will be NO Cheer Prep on Friday the 1st.
