As a reminder: Please watch for horses on roadways!

One of my boarders had a close call with a four wheeler on Tyler Lane last night!

Yes it's a dirt road, and yes, we try to ride defensively to not be in the way. Thankfully, we have understanding neighbors and a community that enjoys seeing us out... and yet, there's always got to be that one person that shakes it up.

Just please watch out for our farm family (equine and human) on the road ways! We are not the only horses that use the roadways up here, so protect our equine friends that choose to ride up here :)

Here's one less trail riding facility. One I recommend to a lot of last minute requests... or people coming from that area that want to trail ride...

There's something in the businesses this year that has carried an extra level of exhaustion...

I'm not alone... but yet, it's not great to know that the colleagues in the business are going through it as well.

The horse business shift is a thing... just like the climate changes... slowly, something has happened over time... and yet, somedays it feels like a big shift.

Sad to hear this for carousel, however happy that they are aligning to the services that create joy and happiness for their horses!
