There are so many ways to move your body here at CrossFit Infinity and that’s one of our favorite things about this place.
Some days you may want a heavy lifting day, some days a HIIT workout, yoga, bodyweight movement, open gym, skill work, cardio, mobility… or honestly just an hour to clear your head and move a little. ♾️
