Congratulations! 🎉 Tranquil Soul’s June Yogini of the Month✨ 𝑴𝒂𝒈𝒈𝒊𝒆 𝑮𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂

𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐆𝐈𝐄’𝐒 𝐘𝐎𝐆𝐀 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐘:
My initial curiosity toward yoga started when I found a book titled The Book of Yoga by Christina Brown at our house when I was in my early teens. Fast forward to 2015, I practiced by following along with Yoga with Adriene on Youtube. I then became serious about my yoga practice and consistently showed up to my mat, watching my love and knowledge of yoga evolve and grow. Yoga has been a grounding part of my wellness and lifestyle in various seasons of life: from my last year of undergraduate studies, to stressful and anxious moments during my doctorate of physical therapy program, and onward. I really leaned on yoga during my fertility journey.

𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐆𝐈𝐄’𝐒 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍:
Yoga has reminded me of the importance of surrender and stillness, of using your breath as an anchor or energy exchange, and it reminds me of my inner and physical strength when I need it most. I feel like I am in my true flow state when I perform yoga flows. By being an observer during my yoga practice, I learn something new or insightful every time I come to my mat. This to me is the true beauty of yoga practice.

𝐌𝐀𝐆𝐆𝐈𝐄’𝐒 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐋 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐋 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄:
I love how calming, peaceful, and soothing the Tranquil Soul environment and community is. You come as you are. I love that my mom (who does not like working out, hehe) enjoyed the class she tried with me and that she then became a Tranquil Soul Member too!
I love the variety of yoga classes (old and new). I got hooked after taking my very first Yoga Nidra Class back in October 2023 with Lisa. It was such a magically soothing experience and I continue to really enjoy the benefits of this yoga class.
