🥋 Exciting News! Join our 6-Week Kids' BJJ/Wrestling Fundamentals Program at Sleeping Bear Jiu-Jitsu! 🥋

This program is for 7-13 year olds (DM us for exceptions!)

📣 Program Starts on October 30th! 📆

Classes will be held every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 4:30 PM, providing your children with a comprehensive learning experience. The program will run until the final practice on December 6th, ensuring your kids have plenty of opportunities to grow their skills, build confidence, and make new friends.

🎉 Our 6-week program is designed to introduce children to the world of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling, focusing on fundamentals, discipline, and building valuable life skills.

Program Highlights:
✅ 18 one-hour classes
✅ 3 classes per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 4:30 PM)
✅ Expert instruction in a safe and supportive environment
✅ Fun games, drills, and exciting challenges
✅ Self-defense techniques and anti-bullying strategies
✅ Building confidence, respect, and teamwork
