Reminder are Alumni Game is just around the corner. July 29th at 6 pm. Food will be provided, a locker room and facility tour will occur.

Today is the day! Check-in begins at 5:30 pm. Tryouts will run from 6-8 pm today and tomorrow at WHHS. Bring your sports physical if you haven't already turned one in. Go Hills!

🎉Join us in welcoming Coach Centers!

Here’s a message from him below:

“Greetings Wolverines, my name is Adam Centers, your new head boys golf coach. Let me be the first to say, It is an honor to be a part of your athletics family. Originally from Somerset, Kentucky, I’ve always loved the game of golf. Playing out of Eagle’s Nest Country Club, my family and I have been involved with the game for over 40 years. At a young age I began playing golf while traveling to junior tournaments across the state following the illustrious career of my older brother Derrick. It was during those years spanning back to the late 1980’s, that laid the foundation of the historic Somerset High Golf team. 1994 State Champions, two prestigious Mr. Golf awards, and 17 straight 12th Regional titles along with numerous college scholarships, round out the accolades from teams I was fortunate to play within. Those successes and memories have motivated me to lead your Western Hills Golf team.

It is my intention to build, lead, and influence young golfers while creating an atmosphere rivaling the state’s most talented teams. I want to invite any and all of the student athletes at Western Hills to join us if you have ever played or are interested in being a part of our team. I am excited to meet our former & current players, families, and all those involved who will be helping us grow and compete at the highest levels.
