Imperials are welcome.

Read all rules carefully and follow them! Do not assume something is legal if it’s not listed in the rules, here’s you’re warning. Call and ask or be prepared to make changes. Any questions, please call!

There will be no stretching or bending of any rules. Judges have final say.

Windshield must be removed! The following must be removed prior to entering the fairgrounds, windows, headlights, taillights, all chrome and mirrors. Interior must be swept clean of debris and glass. You must remove all glass, plastic, and fiberglass on the outside of the car, this includes plastic bumper covers.

Frames
Plates may not cover more than 50% of any body mount bolt hole.
All cars will be allowed (6) 4”x6”x1/4” plates.
NO PLATE/ WELD CAN ATTACH FROM THE FRAME TO THE BODY IN ANYWAY. PLATES/WELD MUST MAINTANE A ½” GAP BETWEEN THEM. NO STACKING OF PLATES IN ANYWAY, THIS INCLUDES WELDS.
Plates cannot attach in anyway a driveline component to the frame.
Plates that are cut off must be completely cut off, this includes welds.
CREASING OF THE BODY IS PERMITTED on rear quarters only.)
Up to 8 body bolts may be changed. These include core support bolts. (see core support rules) Bolts may not be larger than 1/2” in diameter. Must have 1” of spacing. Spacing on changed body bolts is not negotiable, if you do not have required spacing you will remove the bolt and only be allowed #9 wire or allowed to load the car.
Body bolt changes may only pass through (1) thickness of frame. No welding is allowed when changing body mounts. The 1” body mount spacer must be floating. Body mounts cannot be added anywhere.
Front frame may be shortened to 1” forward of the factory core support mount. Cars with no core support mount may cut up to 2” of the front frame in front of the core support for bumper mounting purposes.
No Kickers / belly bars
No welding other than what is stated in these rules, this includes seams. If seams are welded you will not be allowed to fix the car, and will be loaded.
Taco plates are allowed on 02 and older cars. Taco plates may be no larger than 6"x6"x1/4", and must be located between the firewall and behind the a-arm. (Taco plates will not be counted toward your total plate number)
Cars may be tiled using 1 of these options.
(A) Cold bent in one place on the frame rail under the front doors.
(B) Pressure tilted at the crush box by cutting the flap. No plates may be under the flap.
Absolutely no frame shaping anywhere.

Bumpers
Bumpers may be loaded or fabricated. (Front only)
Front bumpers points must not be more than that of a Chrysler pointy bumper.
You may collapse the shocks and weld the bumper plate to the frame and the plate to the bumper. If the car has no shocks, bumper may be welded directly to the frame on the back side of the bumper where shock mounts you may use a ¼” X 4” X 4” piece of flat metal to create a flat mounting surface.
Front or rear bumper shock may not extend past the point of where the shock is bolted from the factory.
No other metal added Front or rear
Rear bumper may be any Factory none loaded bumper, or a 4” x 4” x 1/4” box tubing or similar.
Rear bumper may not have any point unless it is a factory bumper.

Body
CREASING OF THE BODY IS PERMITTED on the rear quarters.
No welding on the body other than what is stated in these rules.
No bolting or welding of sheet metal around wheel wells.
Hoods
(A) You may bolt, you may bolt thru the drip rail in 6 places. (3) each side.
(B) You may 2x2x2 angle iron in in 6 places (3 per side) with no larger than 3/8 bolts to hold the hood.
(C) You may wire or chained in 6 spots (3 per side). You may use 5/16” chain or 2 strands #9 wire per hole.
Must be 12" hole in hood in case of fire. You may use (6) 3/8” bolts, washers, nuts around hole cut in the hood.
Remove hood latch!!! Hood must be open for inspection.

Core support space/spacers can be 5” long max and no wider than 2”x2” tube. Spacer must remain between bottom of core support and core support mount on the frame in factory locations. This must remain free floating. Do not weld this to anything.
3” max washer (1 per side) to hold hood down with all thread thru the core support and hood.
Core support bolts can be 5/8 threaded rod max.
Cannot sleeve all thread.
Max of 5 nuts per all thread.

Driver’s door may be welded solid
Options for all other doors
Can be chained or wired (8 places per door)
Or you may weld door seams no more than 12” of weld per vertical seam only. 2” x 1/4” strap max. Don’t weld the bottom or top of doors in any way.
Driver’s door may have a door plate that is welded or bolted to the door (may not go more than 3" past seams). Door plate is mandatory if the car does not have a door bar!
Don’t weld, wire, or chain the bottom of doors to the rockers in any way.

Trunk options:
(A) Chained / wired- no more than 8 places chain or wire, 2 of these may go around bumper and/or frame. You may weld washers to body for wire only, ¾ hardware washers or smaller. Washers may not overlap any seam in any way.
(B) Bolted-You may bolt thru the drip rail or you may use 2x2x2 angle iron in in 6 places (3 per side) with no larger than 3/8 bolts to hold the trunk lid.
(C) Welded- Trunks can have (3) 2”x2”x1/8” plates per side, placed over the seam for the trunk lid to the fender. NO PLATES FROM BODY TO REAR BUMPER OR SPEAKER DECK AREA.
A 8x8 hole must be in trunk lid. This is not negotiable.
TRUNKS MUST BE ABLE TO BE INSPECTIONED!
Deck lid and or tailgate must be in factory position on car or be completely removed from car.
You may v the trunk lid or put (1) 90* bend in trunk pushing to the trunk floor area. No moving rear fenders/ quarters.
Nothing may attach the trunk lid to the trunk floor in any way.
No tucking or wedging of the trunk lid.
You cannot remove speaker deck from car.
No welding or adding metal

Drivetrain
Engine must be mounted with factory mounts in stock position using a stock type mount with a rubber/ poly.
You may use a basic lower cradle with a front plate only on your engine.
No halos, carb protectors, distributor protectors, transmission bracing or mid plates. Header protectors are allowed. Header protectors may be attached to each other using nothing larger than 1” from one header protector to the other straight across.
You may choose between a pulley protector or a sway bar not both. Pulley protector may not be attached to anything other than basic cradle.
You may weld mounts to the k-member with no metal added.
You may use 2"x2"×1/4" tube or channel only as a cross member. Angle for mounting may not be more than 2"×2"×1/4" 3" long.

No steel bellhousings aluminum Ultra bells are viewed as stock. Manual transmissions may have blow proof bell housing.
Slider driveshafts are allowed. Factory driveshafts may be shortened or lengthen to accommodate engine and trans swap.

03 and new cars may use a grey area/ Corey Budde type cradle adapter only.
Bolts may only go thru factory holes in the aluminum k-member. 4 places.
Adapter must be ½” off of frame at any point.
Any rearend is allowed.
Rearend may be braced with a pinion brake. Rear must be 6” at any point away from the frame.
Rearend must use the factory make and model mounting system to that car, NO CONVERSIONS.
No Axel Savers of any kind
Suspension
Factory a-arms, spindles, springs, shocks, and/or struts.
No solid suspension.
You may use 2 double strains of #9 wire to hold you’re a-arms down.
You may kick front springs 2 strands of wire only to hold spring to the lower a-arm only. Spring risers ARE OK.
NO wire, chains or any weld on rear ends or rear spring pockets.
No all-thread shocks front or rear.
Tie rods can be aftermarket or sleeved, buts must use factory OEM ends.

Cage
You must have a safety bar behind driver’s seat that must be a minimum of 2” X 2”, max of 4x4 or similar.
A mounting plate can be no bigger than 6” X 6” and mounted no farther than 6” behind front door rear seam/post.
You may have a 4-point cage with rollover protection. (four points are each end of your dash bar that is connected to your door bars that run horizonal (60”). And where your horizonal door bars meet you back bar. That makes a 4 point square.
Any bar extending from the ends of your door bar will count as part of the 60” allowed.
You may have one 2x4 bar per side located between the front door seams (front door front seam and front door back seam) that run vertical. These bars may only mount to sheet metal floors. You may use a 4” x4” x 1/4” plate on the floor that attached only to sheet metal and the down leg.
The vertical bars for the rollover bar must be vertical, and may not be any further back than 6" rear of the front door rear seam/ post. Roof bar may attach vertical bars and only attach to the roof in 2 places with (4) 1/2” max bolts. Side bars may not be any longer than 60” long. Side bars must stay 4” off floor, tunnel and firewall.
You may run a center bar from the das bar to the seat bar. This bar may not be any closer than 4” to the transmission tunnel. Nothing may attach to you center bar other than a switch panel and shifter.
You must relocate the fuel tank to the rear floor of the car when this is done you must use a fuel cell or boat tank. No stock tanks in the passenger compartment or under the car.
Fuel cell must be securely fastened to floor with bolts, ratchet straps, or can be mounted inside a halo no wider than 24”. Not a combination of methods of mounting.
Halo may run to the rear sheet metal but may not attach in any way, and must stay a minimum of 4" off floor sheet metal.
Halo can be attached to the rear seat spreader bar; gussets may only be attached to the vertical rollover bars (1 per side) or to the door bar. If attached to the door bar 4” forward of the end of the door bar.

Any rubber tire is permitted, doubles permitted,
Fully plated rims, split ring rims, and steel wheels are not permitted.

Bolt ins
You use up to (2) passenger automotive batteries in a car.
A single Transmission cooler is allowed. Transmission cooler must be confined to a 18” x 18” space.
You may run gas/brake pedal, steering column, shifter, headers, and fuel cell. Nothing can reinforce the car in any way.
Steering columns may not have any bracket attached to the frame.
Radiator must stay in factory location. You can use an A/C condenser as a radiator guard, or you can use a single piece of 1/8” thick expanded metal that is no wider or tall than 1” past the opening for the radiator. You can use (6) 3/8” blots, washers and nuts or (6) 1” welds to hold this to the core support. (3 each side).
Nothing can be used from the bolt ins to strengthen the car in any way. You may only use ½” diameter bolts to attach any bolt in to the sheet metal. Nothing can contact the frame in any way.

Compact/ Mid-Size Rules 2026

COMPACT Cars ONLY (NO FULL FRAME CARS AND V6 OR SMALL ONLY) FWD or RWD cars are allowed. (Dash is not required to be removed)

Compact may use (4) 4x6 plates for frame repairs. Cars that have noticeable bends may plate the bend using a 4”x4”x1/4” max plate or smaller and must be painted white.
NO PLATE/ WELD CAN ATTACH FROM THE BODY TO THE FRONT OR REAR KMEMBER IN ANYWAY. PLATES CAN NOT BE USED ON SUSPENSION IN ANY WAY. PLATES/WELD MUST MAINTANE A ½” GAP BETWEEN THEM. NO STACKING OF PLATES IN ANYWAY, THIS INCLUDES WELDS.
Car may only use the factory bumper shock or it may be removed. You may have a 1" wide x 4" long x 1/8" thick bumper strap. Other thank size bumper straps will follow the same rules as plates.
Plates cannot attach in anyway a driveline component to the frame.

1. Body is to remain stock (O.E.M.) and remain in stock mounts and locations. Frame body bolts and mounts must be factory you may NOT change them or replace the body mounts. Additional body mounts may NOT be added anywhere.

3. Driver’s door may be wired, chained or welded solid and/or
may have a steel driver’s door skin securely fastened. All other doors welded (3 spots on
vertical door seam, 3” square plates), or chained or wired in 3 spots only. You MUST
have a mandatory door plate if you do not have a cage. Door plate must be bolted or
welded on securely, no more than 6” past door seams. Door plate must be at least 3" past
each door seam and between 10"-16" wide. You may wire top of doors. One spot per
door/window 3 wraps max. Other doors may be wired shut with maximum of two strands in 4 locations of #9 wire per seam.

4. Fire walls must remain intact.

5. Wheel wells may be cut to allow for tire clearance but NO bolting or welding. .

6. Body may be creased. NO WELDING ALLOWED!

7. Bumpers can be any factory car bumper or be made of 4”x4”x1/4” square tubing (4” round tubing). Ends of bumper may be capped with 1” inspection hole. Bumpers may not have a point if you are not using the factory bumper. Bumpers cannot be loaded in any away.

8. Bumpers may be butt welded on. No added metal to attach bumpers.

9. Radiators must remain in stock positions and mounts. No part of any cooling system allowed behind fire wall.

10. Hood must remain operable for initial inspection. Car must have hood at all times. HOODS and trunks MUST HAVE 8"x8" HOLES CUT FOR FIRE CREW ACCESS. Hoods and trunks are allowed a maximum of six hold downs each using #9 wire, 2”x2” angle iron 2” long welded to the lid and the fender. One (1) 3/8” bolt to attach the of angle iron together. Angle iron cannot be welded over the seam. Trunk lids can be folded and tucked in with a single 90* bend. Rear frame can be dimpled or notched.

11. Suspension must be stock front and rear. Stock rear end and drive line only. Spring jacks, blocked shocks, wedging, reversing shackles allowed. Air shocks must have air lines cut.

12. Batteries must be relocated to front passenger area with SECURE mounts.

13. Cars must have working brakes.

14. You must have a safety bar behind driver’s seat that must be a minimum of 2” X 2”, max of 4x4 or similar.
A mounting plate can be no bigger than 6” X 6” and mounted no farther than 6” behind front door rear seam/post.
You may have a 4-point cage with rollover protection. (four points are each end of your dash bar that is connected to your door bars that run horizonal (60”). And where your horizonal door bars meet you back bar. That makes a 4-point square.

15. Any exhaust pipes penetrating the hood must point upwards.

16. Any tire that is round and rubber is allowed.

17. All cars must have (1) vertical safety bar, chain, or #9 wire in windshield area (to keep hood from entering driver's area). No bars may be forward of the sealant line of the bottom of the front windshield area.

18. Bolt ins, Cage, or safety items may not be used as a kicker in any way.

Street Stock Mini
RWD cars can be no more than 106“ wheelbase and FWD cars can be. No more than 109“ wheelbase. No full frame cars are permitted.

1. Cars must be 100% stock! No cross breeding the entire drive line. It must be the same make as the car and have been offered in that series of car. Exhaust may be cut off.
2. The engine must be mounted with the stock mounts in the stock position. No welding of mounts. They must be bolted in.
3. You are permitted an aftermarket aluminum radiator, it must be bolted in like factory or held in with ratchet straps or #9 wire. No radiator protectors or holders are
permitted.
4. You may leave the stock gas tank in the stock location, if it is in front of the rear axels or you may relocate the fuel tank to the rear floor of the car. If this is done,
you must use a fuel cell or boat tank. If it is a plastic fuel tank it must be bolted or welded to sheet metal in a steel structure. No stock fuel tanks are permitted
inside of the car. If you move the fuel cell to the inside of the car it must be securely fastened to the floor with bolts and/or #9 wire and you must remove the stock tank
from under the car. Ratchet straps are not approved to mount the fuel cell.
5. The windshield must be removed from the car. The following must be removed prior to entering the fairgrounds: the windows, headlights, taillights, all the chrome, and the
mirrors. The interior must be swept clean of debris and glass. You must remove all glass, plastic, and fiberglass on the outside of the car including the plastic bumper
covers. ALL AIRBAGS AND PUCKS MUST BE COMPLETELY REMOVED.
6. Under the hood you may take the plastic fender wells out. The battery may be left in the stock location. You may put a rubber mat over it or spray it with foam around it but
not excessively. You may move the battery to the floor of the car. You may lengthen the cables to reach the battery on the floor.
7. A simplified wiring harness is permitted. If the car has a wiring harness in front of the core support you may move it behind the core support. You cannot remove body mount
bolt to do this. A park lock out brake is also permitted.
8. All body mount bolts must be factory stock. No altering is permitted.
9. The doors must be chained or wired in no more than 8 places per door and no more than 2 double stains of wire per spot. The wire for the bottom of the doors may go around
frame. You may use 5/16” chain or 2 strands of #9 wire per spot. You can weld the driver’s front door only for safety using 3” x 3” x ¼” strapping. No other doors may be
welded or have washers or angle iron welded to them.
10. Trunks must be chained or wired in no more than 8 places and no more than 2 double strains f wire per spot. The wire can not go to the floor. It must be to the top of the
quarter. Two of these may go around the bumper and/or the frame. The deck lid and
11. Tailgate must be in the factory position on the car or it must be completely removed from the car. If you removed the deck lid you are not permitted any wire for your trunk.
12. An 8” x 8” inspection holes must be put in all deck lids.
13. You cannot remove the speaker deck from the car.
14. No welding or adding metal is permitted. If the deck lid is welded or bolted you will not run or you will cut the deck lid completely off with no exceptions.
15. The deck lid is being measured 12” from the top of the rear quarter panels in the center of the deck lid in 3 spots starting from the back of the deck lid up. If you don’t
have a deck lid, you are not permitted any wire for your trunk.
17. Hoods may be wired or chained in 8 spots and no more than 2 double strains of wire per spot. No exceptions!
18. You may use 5/16” chain or 2 strands of #9 wire per spot. It must be sheet metal to sheet metal only. No welding washers for holes. There must be a 12” hole in the hood in
case of a fire. You must remove the hood latch. Hoods must be open for inspection.
19. A double strain of #9 wire in the center of the front windshield is mandatory.
20. Creasing of the body is permitted but it must be behind the back door on the quarter panels only. The quarter panels must stay the stock height of the car.
21. Any tire and stock type rim are permitted. Doubled tires are permitted. No foam filled tires No solids or bead locks.
22. You can have a 4 point cage that must be no bigger than 3” x 3” x ¼”. The door bars can’t be any bigger than 60” long. You may have a rollover bar but it must run straight
across and can only be welded to the top side of the rear seat bar.
23. You are permitted a gas tank holder off the back bar that can be no wider than 24” and must be 6” away from all sheet metal. No exceptions or you are not permitted to run!
These may be no bigger than 2” x 2” and the mounting plate can be no bigger than 6” x 6” and must be mounted no farther than 6” behind the driver’s seat.
24. You may also reinforce the driver’s door as you see fit for driver safety. This may be done from door seam to door seam only.
25. The car’s factory springs and shocks are what can be used and in the factory location. No solid suspension. NO spring risers are permitted. Factory tie rod sleeves can NOT
be welded with no added metal.
26. No wire, chains, seat belts, or any weld on the rear ends or the rear spring pockets. The car must bounce. Only 1 factory shock per side is permitted.
27. Any car bumper is permitted except for Chrysler pointy bumpers. Absolutely no seam welding on bumpers is permitted. Bumper must be bolted and/ or welded on in the factory
location. You may use 4 piece of 2x2 angle iron 2 per rail to aid in mounting the bumper. The angle may be welded or bolted to the side of the frame/ unibody rail. Or you
may butt weld to the sheet metal only. On the back side of the bumper where the shock mounts you may use a ¼” x 4” x 4” piece of flat plate for a mounting surface. No other
method is permitted. If the car did not come with bumper shocks, you cannot add them. You can use 4” x 6” box tubing that is ¼” thick as a bumper. Tube bumper can be no more
than 5 feet long with no point. The ends of the bumper may be capped with 1 “ inspection hole on each end. No metal added to the bumper is permitted.
28. Hard nosing is permitted but there must be a 1” gap between the front of the core support mounting bracket and the bumper plate. This will be measured from the front of the
core support mounting bracket to the bumper plate.
29. You may weld the spider gears to make it posi.
30. No wire or straps can be attach from the roof to the floor in rear seat area.

FIX IT PLATES

1. All fresh cars are permitted two (2) 4”x4”x1/4” square fix it plates. All pre-ran cars are permitted four (4) 4”x4”x1/4” square fix it plates. If plates are put on, they
must be cut all the way off (including weld ground) moved. There must be a 1” gap between the welds of these plates. You may not have a 5th or 6th plate. Don’t even ask.
2. Fix it plates may not connect the body to the subframe or K-member.

No hearses or limousines, Checkered Cabs, 1989 or new FoMoCo, No HD Fords are permitted.

General Rules

1. A 12“ x 12“ roof sign is recommended. It cannot strengthen the car in anyway.
2. Cars must be stock unless modifications are stated in the rules. Cars must have functioning brakes at all times on at least one axle. No painting of the frames, inside of body of the car, or underneath of the car and inside of the trunk.
3. A helmet, seat belt, and eye protection must be on at all times on the track.
4. All airbags, glass, plastic, and interior must be removed before arriving to the event.
5. No painting of the frames, inside of the body of the car, or underneath of the car and inside of the trunk.
6. All trailer hitches and braces must be removed.
7. Batteries must be moved to the passenger front floorboard. They must be properly secured and covered.
8. Officials’ decisions are final! All cars are subjected to re-inspection at any time.
9. If the car is found to have plate on the frame or body that the rules do not allow the car will not be permitted to run.
10. If you hammer/shape/weld on the frame in any manner not covered in the rules you will not be able to run. There is no fixing this.
11. You have 1 minute to make an aggressive hit. After 1 minute that car is disqualified. That is 1-minute total. An aggressive hit is solely at the discretion of the officials

Build Rules

You may run a simple push pull rod shifter or a transmission mounted shift. Nothing can be lower than the bottom side of the tail housing, and may not contact the crossmember in anyway. You may run a cable or block mounted gas pedal. Cable shifters are not allowed.
You must run factory steering column.
Trans cooler may be relocated to inside the passenger compartment but may not be in an ice box or have a fan on it. May not attach to the floor.

1. You must run the stock housing and axles for the make and model of the car. Only modifications that may be done are welding gears for posi no other welding on rear-ends. Rear end bracing is not permitted.
2. Cars must be 100% stock! No cross breeding the entire drive line. It must be the same make as the car (GM to GM, Ford to Ford, mopar to mopar). The exhaust may be cut off or you may run headers thru the hood. Nothing may be attached to the headers.
3. The engine must be mounted with the stock mounts in the stock position. No welding of mounts. They must be bolted in. No homemade cross members. The cross member must be stock and bolted in, not welded. You are permitted an aftermarket aluminum radiator, but it must be bolted in like factory or held in with ratchet straps or #9 wire. No radiator protectors or holders are permitted.
4. You may leave the stock gas tank in the stock location if it is located in front of the rear axle. Or you may relocate the fuel tank to the rear floor of the car. If this is done, you must use a fuel cell or boat tank. If it is a plastic fuel tank it must be bolted or welded to sheet metal in a steel structure. No stock fuel tanks are permitted inside of the car. If you move the fuel cell to the inside of the car it must be securely fastened to the floor with bolts and/or #9 wire and you must remove the stock tank from under the car. 7. A simplified wiring harness is permitted. If the car has a wiring harness in front of the core support you may move it behind the core support. You cannot remove body mount bolt to do this. A park lock out brake is also permitted.
8. All body mount bolts must be factory stock. Do not touch them. No altering is permitted. No tilting of any kind. Option for repair of a body mount is to either #9 wire it using 2 double stains of wire, or leave it alone. Don’t even ask for other methods.
9. The doors must be chained, wired or welded. If doors are chained or wired, no more than 8 places per door and no more than 2 double stains of wire per spot. The wire for the bottom of the doors may go around frame. You may use 5/16” chain or 2 strands of #9 wire per spot. You can weld doors using 3” x 3” x 1/8” strapping. No more than 3 spots per seam.
10. Trunks must be chained, bolted or wired in no more than 8 total places and no more than 2 double stains of wire per spot. The wire can not go to the floor. It must be to the top of the quarters. Two of these wire locations may go around the bumper and/or the frame. If you chose to bolt the trunk lids, bolts may only pass through the deck lid and the drip rail in 8 total places. Bolt size for trunks is limited to 3/8" or smaller with no more than 1 washer top and bottom of the bolt. The deck lid and tailgate must be 50% in the factory position on the car or it must be completely removed from the car. You may bend the the trunk lid 90* toward the trunk floor in a singular bend. trunk lids may only attach where the trunk is in the factory location. If you removed the deck lid you are not permitted any wire for your trunk. Two (1) 8” x 8” inspection holes must be put in all deck lids within 2” of the center. You cannot remove the speaker deck from the car. No welding or adding metal is permitted. If the deck lid is welded you will not run or you will cut the deck lid completely off with no exceptions. The deck lid is being measured 12” from the top of the rear quarter panels in the center of the deck lid in 3 spots starting from the back of the deck lid up. If you don’t have a deck lid, you are not permitted any wire for your trunk.
11. Hoods may be wired or chained in 8 spots and no more than 2 double stains of wire per spot. No exceptions! You may use 5/16” chain or 2 strands of #9 wire per spot. It must be sheet metal to sheet metal only. No welding washers for holes. There must be a 12" hole in the hood in case of a fire. You must remove the hood latch. Hoods must be open for inspection. A double strain of #9 wire in the center of the front windshield is mandatory.
12. Creasing of the body is permitted but it must be behind the back door on the quarter panels only. The quarter panels must stay the stock height of the car.
13. Any tire and rim combos are permitted. Doubled tires are permitted. No solid tires or bead locks.
14. You can have a 4 point cage that must be no bigger than 3” x 3” x 1/4". The horizonal door bars can’t be any further than 8” behind the front doors rear seam. 2 vertical door bars are allowed ( 1 per side) from horizonal door bars to floor plate no larger than 4”x4”x1/4”. Vertical door bar must be centered in the front doors. Floor plate may only attach with (4) 3/8 bolts or welded. You may have a rollover bar but it must run straight across and can only be welded to the top side of the rear seat bar. You are permitted a gas tank holder off the back bar that can be no wider than 24” and must be 6” away from all sheet metal. No exceptions or you are not permitted to run! These may be no bigger than 2” x 2” and the mounting plate can be no bigger than 6” x 6” and must be mounted no farther than 6” behind the driver’s seat. You may also reinforce the driver’s door as you see fit for driver safety. This may be done from door seam to door seam only.
15. The car’s factory springs and shocks are what can be used and in the factory location only. No solid suspension. Screw in spring risers are not permitted. Factory tie rod sleeves can be welded with no added metal. No wire, chains, seat belts, or any weld on the rear ends or the rear spring pockets. The car must bounce. Only 2 factory shocks per side, one in the front and 1 in the rear of the car is permitted. The front bumper can not be any higher than 21” from the bottom of the bumper. The back frame rails cannot be any lower than 14” from the bottom of the frame. This will be measured behind the back body mount hole of the bottom of the frame. This is for fresh cars only.
16. Any stock car bumper is permitted. Absolutely no seam welding on bumpers is permitted. They must be bolted or welded on in the factory location. You may collapse the shocks and weld all the way around the shock and to the mounting plate to the bumper and to the end of the frame. The shock must be bolted in the factory location. If the car did not come with bumper shocks, you cannot add them. If you do not have a shock you may weld bumper to the end of the frame with no metal added. You can use 4” x 4” box tubing that is 1/4” thick as a bumper that is no more than 5 feet long with no point. The ends of the bumper may be capped but must have 1” hole for inspection purposes. No metal added to the bumper is permitted. If the car has no shocks, the bumper may be welded directly to the frame with no metal added. On the back side of the bumper where the shock mounts you may use a 1/4” x 6”x 6” piece of flat metal to create a flat mounting surface.
18. You may weld the spider gears in the rear end to make it posi. You must use factory rear end housing for the car you are running.
19. No wire or straps can be attach from the roof to the floor in rear seat area.
20. Must have wire or chain from cowl sheet metal to the roof in the front window area to keep hood from entering car. 2 double strands in 2 locations max or 2 pieces of 5/16 chain in 2 places max.

1. All fresh cars are permitted (2) 4”x4”x1/4” square fix it plates. All pre-ran cars are permitted (4) 4”x4”x1/4” square fix it plates. If plates get moved the entire plate and weld must be removed. There must be a 1” gap between the welds of these plates.
