To all of our FGS & Fusion coaches — THANK YOU! 💙🥎
I just want to take a moment to recognize all of the coaches who continue to pour so much time, energy, and heart into our FGS and Fusion programs.
Coaching is so much more than showing up for practices and games. It’s planning practices, prepping fields, sending messages, managing lineups, teaching fundamentals, encouraging kids after a tough play, celebrating the little wins, and finding ways to help every player grow.
It’s leaving work and heading straight to the fields. It’s giving up weeknights and weekends. It’s answering parent questions, dealing with schedules and weather, and doing so many things behind the scenes that most people never see.
And you do it for the kids.
Thank you for teaching them more than just softball. Thank you for teaching teamwork, accountability, confidence, resilience, sportsmanship, and what it means to work hard for something.
Whether you coach one of our youngest FGS players who is just learning the game or one of our Fusion athletes competing at a higher level, you are helping create experiences and memories these girls will carry with them for years.
Our programs simply would not be what they are without coaches willing to volunteer their time and invest in these athletes.
We see the work you put in. We appreciate the sacrifices your families make so you can be there. And most importantly, we appreciate the positive impact you continue to have on our players and our softball community.
