We’re back! And excited for a new year to work with the youth in the Frankfort area for all their fitness needs. Classes start back up in the coming week at just $20 a class! And, you can use code FREEGAINS to come check us out for free! We will be working on all aspects of fitness, strength and conditioning, and sports performance. You can also request solo sessions for your child if your child wants a specific type of training. We hope to build an awesome community based on hard work and discipline along with teaching about the importance of staying active and the benefits that exercise brings for overall health.
