Today’s menu is bringing a little bit of everything, running, bench press, and wall walks!
Running helps build cardiovascular endurance and stamina, allowing you to recover faster and perform better during workouts. Bench press develops upper-body strength and power, while wall walks challenge your shoulders, core, and body awareness.
When you combine endurance, strength, and gymnastics movements in one workout, you’re building a more well-rounded athlete and improving overall fitness. Remember, every workout can be scaled to meet you where you are today. The goal is simple: show up, work hard, and get a little better than yesterday!
