Our friendly, knowledgeable, highly energetic staff is committed to giving every member the best service possible. We believe each member is entitled to define his or her own fitness goals and it is our responsibili

ty to do everything in our power to help you achieve your goals. Making a decision to commit to working out is difficult. Will I like the other members? Will the staff appreciate my business after the sale? These are fair questions that can only be answered by trying before you buy. It is hard to hide bad service or poor equipment over time. We are here to service those interested in improving their overall quality of life through proper nutrition and exercise. We are proud of what we do here and are all committed to helping you achieve results. So, please do not hesitate to call us to assist you and answer any questions you have. DFC is collecting gently used clothing & household items for the Saginaw City Rescue Mission!

Our staff will transport donations on Monday, June 1st. The collection box is located in our front lobby.
