What a great group of athletes. Boys varsity finished runner up today at the 421 Run. The girls varsity team tied for first today! The trophy was awarded to Delphi based on the 6th runner position. Tait Holle was the individual champion in the MS boys race. The coaches are extremely proud of the effort the team gives and the character they exhibit. On to the rest of the season…

When it's storming out, you do core training circuits and then play some futsal. After-school practice begins tomorrow at 3:30. It is also the first day of middle school practice. Runners in grades 5-8 can join through the end of next week.

Boiler Run through campus today ending at Slayter Hill this morning to finish off summer conditioning. Then enjoyed some Einstein Bagels. What a super summer with these hard working athletes.

Our 5th and final ‘last first day of XC’ photo is Senior Ryan Richardson! We are looking forward to a great fall season with our seniors and whole team. If you want to come give running with us a try, all incoming 5th—12th grade students are welcome Monday, Wednesday and Friday this coming week for summer workouts 7:15-8:30 am.
