Get ready for Fall 🍂at the Second Annual Women's Wellness Collective.

WOMEN'S WELLNESS COLLECTIVE 2 - Seasonal Grounding Retreat with Brenda Gera and Cynthia Hajjar is October 10-11 at The Daoist Gate Center in New Hampshire.

This year's workshop will focus on preparing our internal systems for autumn by aligning our physical and emotional well-being with the natural rhythm of the season.

Each morning will include Qigong movements that focus on nurturing our metal Qi to help the body properly transition from Yang to Yin.
Participants will then be introduced to the Wudang short form, Taiji 28.

The afternoons will include workshops that explore astrology, food and herbs, essential oils and healing sounds all related to the season of autumn.

More than 100 people from across Europe came together this summer in Poland for the 4th Wudang Tai Chi Camp. 🇵🇱

Moments like this are at the heart of what Daoist Gate is about.

Internal arts such as Taijiquan, Baguazhang, and Xingyiquan are becoming increasingly popular - not only as martial arts, but as practices for cultivating health, awareness, balance, and inner strength.

Under the guidance of Daoist Master Xuan Yun Zhou, Daoist Gate is dedicated to sharing the Wudang tradition and making its knowledge and practice accessible to people around the world.

The European - TAI CHI Wudang Poland - Daoist Gate is a beautiful example of this vision - a place where students can learn from experienced teachers, deepen their practice, build connections, and grow both physically and internally.

This camp brought that vision to life. People came from different places, trained together, shared their time and energy - and left with something more than they arrived with.

Thank you to Kamila Jagiello and Mariusz Soroczynski TAI CHI Wudang Poland - Daoist Gate - the teachers and organizers, and to all the practitioners who made this gathering possible. Special thanks to our videographer for capturing these moments Zuzanna Woinska.

This is how we carry Wudang Internal Arts forward at Daoist Gate — through practice, community, and the people who keep the tradition alive. 🌿

Follow TAI CHI Wudang Poland - Daoist Gate and Daoist Gate Internal Arts and come experience the practice with us.

There are a lot of strange claims on social media lately about what Taichi can do for you...
Hopefully no one is falling for these fake promises of sculpted abs and toned arms in just a short 7 weeks.
Everything that they are promoting have nothing to do with Taichi.

Many of you know the true benefits of Taichi. And it's not weight loss and a six-pack. Although, depending how you practice, you can certainly build a strong core and leg muscles.

But in the non-Al generated world, Taichi is about better balance, reduced stress, heart health, mood boosts, improved focus and memory, and body awareness.

If those things mean something to you and you are looking to start your Taichi journey, we hope you will give us a try.

Our fall schedule is now open for registration, including a two-week intensive workshop with Master Zhou Xuan Yun.

How many people like this type of internal martial arts power generation? Among Wudang internal martial arts, the Xuanwu Quan best exemplifies this kind of internal force.
