Will be weird to write this in 3rd person so I will stick with 1st person. I competed this weekend and represented my gym Base Submission Grappling.

It was probably my best performance to date, however it did not go as planned.

I won my first match 16-0 against a fellow purple belt

Won 2nd match via sub (high elbow guillotine)

Lost my 3rd match to a blackbelt 2-2 via ref decision

My the 3rd place match 0-0 via ref decision against a successful brown belt
