▫️ Great trip in the $25,000 USHJA National Amateur Derby with a small difference in opinion on which way we were turning keeping them out of great scores 😅

▫️ 7th, 5th, 3rd o/f in the Middle Adult Hunters and taking home 🥈 on the flat

▫️ Solid rounds in a competitive older A/O division with Kate LaVerde
▫️ Monty always impresses us with how cool, calm and collected he is walking into a new venue, particularly an electric atmosphere like Saugerties. He strolled into an elaborate Derby ring (straight from his stall) and laid down a great trip. Such a good boy!

These two moved up into the 3’3” A/O Hunter and put in great rounds amongst a competitve group of horses. They also (arguably) had the most fun in the Team Jumper Relay!!
