Alpine turns 5
There isn’t a series of photos or any caption that could fully embody what these 5 years have been like and I honestly can’t fully comprehend where 5 years have gone
I started Alpine in 2021 as the pandemic was slowly receding. We were a small group of members masked up, in a space that had just a few pieces of equipment, but a lot of heart. I wanted Alpine to stand for and be something different than what the fitness industry had been up to that point. We set out to make it more personal, make it about movement, and make our spaces warmer and more welcoming
Easier said than done —Like most small business starters, I was teaching every single class, building daily, opening and closing the gym every day and vacuuming and mopping the floors at night. I can’t tell you how many hours went into building this place and I think one of the most difficult parts of owning a small business is the many unseen (sometimes unrewarding) hours spent to create the product you see now
For 5 years we worked nights, weekends, and sacrificed time with family and friends, missed gatherings and vacations to pour into this and make Alpine what it is today. At times, that’s been a heavy truth. It’s been anything but easy, and despite the sacrifices made —I love what we do. I am proud of what we’ve been able to accomplish. My hope is that we’ve made a difference in this short time and that every class and every session is one of, if not the best hour of your day.
Now 5 years later the world is a different place and Alpine has evolved to serve more than I could’ve ever imagined. The most exciting part? We’ve just begun
There are so many people to thank for where we are today, more than I can list here
That being said, Thank you to anyone who has worked with us, sweat with us, supported us, or recommended us. You are a huge part of the reason we’re still here today
Thank you to our teams for leading the way and helping us continue to build the foundation for the years to come.
Thank you to my wife, my family, my friends for supporting me all the way on the good days and bad
Thank you
We’ll see you at the ‘Pine
Your coach, your owner,
