Our latest Transformation Story! Jenni Cashman!!
After my third kiddo, I found myself at a point where I knew I wanted to prioritize my health and start feeling like myself again. One night at dinner, my friend Erin told me about Burn Boot Camp and convinced me to give it a try. I was nervous walking into my first camp, but Erin supported me by doing that very first workout right alongside me. I left that camp feeling so proud of myself and, more importantly, surprised by how much I loved it. I loved the workouts, the energy, and the feeling of being surrounded by people who were all there to better themselves. So, I joined.
I committed to getting healthy, but what I didn’t realize was how much Burn would change my mindset along the way. Having a community behind me made the process feel so much less overwhelming than I expected. I learned that taking time for myself wasn’t selfish—it was necessary. I started making my health a priority and became more consistent with my workouts and the habits that support them.
Over time, I’ve become stronger, more confident, and more proud of what my body can do. But some of my biggest changes have happened outside of the gym. I have more confidence in myself, more discipline, and a better understanding that progress doesn’t happen overnight. It’s about continuing to show up, even when life is busy and even when it’s hard.
As a mom of three, Burn has given me something that is truly mine. It’s a place where I can walk in, work hard, and leave feeling stronger—physically and mentally. The encouragement from the trainers and the members has made such a difference in my journey, and I’m incredibly grateful for the community that has supported me along the way.
I started Burn because Erin convinced me to try one camp. I stayed because I found a community that made me believe I could do more than I thought I could. Burn has become so much more than a workout for me. It’s helped me become a healthier, stronger, more confident version of myself—and I’m proud of the example that sets for my kids.
