We had a pretty busy last 3 weeks. Our 1st event was Harrisonburg, VA, which was 2 shows. The 1st show was a huge learning curve for me being that was the 1st time I moved a truck let alone start one. But we came back strong for the 2nd show and even took 2nd place in the skills competition. The next weekend we were in Dublin, VA for our 2nd event with 2 shows. Just like the previous weekend I had a major learning curve to over come and to push myself harder. No wins or anything close but I did backside the racing lane for the 1st time. During the week we made a special trip to honor our late friend Tim Mente. For those who don't know, Tim gave me my 1st full time job crewing back in 2020 and Jr's Play'n Hookie is one of Tim's old trucks. We were honored to be invited down for the memorial service along with so many other great people. Now the 3rd event, we were in New Castle, PA. Our closest show to home so far and we wanted to make it a good one. I managed to get my 1st win in the skills competition and laid down a decent freestyle. With every passing week I'm getting more comfortable with the truck. I'm excited to get back out there and see all of the amazing and supportive fans. All the positive feedback I've been getting is appreciated. Thank you everyone for all the support and excited to continue our summer season
