Mass Youth Lacrosse is looking for a Manager of Community Program Development to help us grow and strengthen youth lacrosse programs in communities across Massachusetts.

We’re looking for someone who loves connecting with people, building programs, supporting volunteers, and helping local communities succeed. Lacrosse experience is helpful, but not required!

📍 Full-time, remote + regular travel throughout Central & Eastern MA & Southern Maine
🤝 Community & volunteer focused

This fall, Mass Youth Lacrosse is excited to launch MYLax Clinics — a consistent series of development-focused clinics and camps designed to help every athlete build their game.

The MYLax approach is simple: high reps, individual development, and meeting players where they are. Whether they’re newer to lacrosse or looking to take the next step, it’s all about more touches, better skills, and growing confidence on the field.

Open to a variety of ages and skill levels, with opportunities for both boys and girls.

🌟🥍 MYL All-Stars on the big stage!

Earlier this month, our Mass Youth Lacrosse All-Stars had the incredible opportunity to take the field at the PLL and WLL games and be recognized for their All-Star nominations!

It was a special moment for these young athletes to be celebrated in front of the lacrosse community and share the field with the game’s best. 👏

A huge thank you to the PLL and WLL for hosting our All-Stars and helping make this an experience they won’t forget!

A huge congratulations to all of the Massachusetts natives named to the USA Lacrosse U15 & U17 Boys and Girls rosters! 👏

From the Bay State to the national stage, we’re incredibly proud to see so many of our own earning the opportunity to compete alongside some of the best young players in the country.

A proud moment for the MYL community! 💙🥍

This spring, MYL players, teams, coaches, and families came together for the LaCROSSe Out Cancer Challenge, raising an incredible $70,952 to support pediatric cancer research.

The top fundraisers presented the check on the field at the PLL Games at Harvard- Miller Jones, our top individual fundraiser with more than $25,000 raised, and Franklin Youth Lacrosse, our top fundraising town program.

Thank you to everyone across MYL who helped make this possible. Together, our lacrosse community made an incredible impact! 💙
