Non-dairy homemade chicken salad that is zesty and perfect 🍋😋
I firmly believe that eating healthy and supporting a strong body does not mean sacrificing taste and flavor! I love experimenting to try to make traditional recipes healthy or more protein packed!
INGREDIENTS
1 pack Bell & Evans Chicken
5-6 stalks celery
1/2 red onion
1/2 cup Primal kitchen mayo
3/4-1 cup Forager nondairy yogurt (or sub 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 lemon (juice)
1/3 cup chopped pecans (or more for extra crunch!)
1/4 cup fresh parsley (or 2 tbs dried)
1 tbs honey Dijon (optional)
Garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin to taste
