Today we say a heartfelt goodbye to Lacy as she begins an exciting new chapter in Texas. Lacy, we are so lucky to have had you on our team, and will truly miss your presence in the studio. You touched the lives of so many clients, making a positive impact each and every session. We will miss you so much, and can’t wait to see all of the amazing things you will accomplish! 🤍

The studio will be CLOSED from Thursday (3/26) - Sunday (3/29).

On Monday (3/30) the studio will re-open, but group classes will be cancelled, and there will be limited private lesson availability with Ashi.

Normal hours and classes will resume Tuesday (3/31), with limited private lesson availability through April 7th.

Jenny will be seeing scheduled clients on 12/22 & 12/23, and will also be teaching the 9:30am Tower Class on 12/23! Sign up on The Lift Pilates branded app, or through The Lift Pilates website.

Regular class schedule will resume the week of 12/29, with limited private availability on 12/31.
