Ivy Charlotte Dally has an M.A. in art history from Northern Illinois University. Prior to becoming a full-time author and book coach, she was a public librarian and taught at the college level. An avid reader, she loves all things fantasy and romance. She was inspired to write Rowena's Song when she first read the legend of Hengest and Horsa. To her dismay, the heart of the story centered around

a woman without a say in her destiny. She spent seven years making sure Rowena could finally tell her tale. When Ivy isn't writing or chasing after birds with her camera, you can be sure she is planning her next European "research trip" while eating a copious amount of candy.

Spring has sprung and the sunshine has me back to feeling like myself! The best part is that I've found time to start writing again. Rowena book two is underway, featuring more romance, more shield-wall adventure, and a not-so-nice new villain. Keeping this story under wraps is going to be one of the most difficult things I've ever done. But it's also a great incentive to get my words in every single day.
