If you’ve ever said “I hate running”… you’re not alone.

Most people don’t hate running.
They hate running alone.
They hate feeling judged.
They hate not knowing how to pace themselves.

But put them in a room with people cheering them on?
Music playing.
Coaches guiding.
Zero pressure to be perfect.

Suddenly… they’re smiling.

What if running didn’t feel miserable?
What if it felt like this?

Come try it. We might surprise you.

We live in a world that wants instant results.
But real strength is built rep by rep, week by week.

Your muscles adapt through progressive overload.
Your nervous system learns efficiency over time.
Your confidence grows because you did not quit when it felt slow.

Research shows it takes 8 to 12 weeks to see measurable strength gains and even longer to feel strong in everyday life. That’s normal. That’s the process.

At Exalt, we coach for the long game.
Smart programming. Personalized weights.
A plan that meets you where you are today and builds you up from there.

Keep stacking small wins.
Future you is being built right now.

If you’re ready to stop chasing quick fixes and start building real strength, book a No Sweat Intro or send us a message. 517-429-3081

✨ Coach Spotlight: Welcome Stephanie to the Exalt Fitness Team! ✨

We’re so excited to introduce our newest coach, Stephanie! 💪🏽 You will ses her bright snd ealy Monday and Fridays at 5:45am

Stephanie’s journey into fitness is rooted in personal transformation. An adult-onset athlete, she found fitness later in life and quickly fell in love with all things movement—functional strength training, running, yoga, cycling/mountain biking, and swimming. What started as a way to manage stress and build confidence turned into a full-blown passion and calling.

She holds certifications in yoga teacher training, sports nutrition, and run coaching, and is currently pursuing her personal trainer certification. Her motivation? Staying strong, energized, and independent as she ages—so she can fully enjoy life and show up as her best self for the people she loves.

What makes Stephanie especially inspiring is her athletic journey:
🏃‍♀️ Marathon finisher (Bayshore!)
🏔️ 50K ultramarathon in Moab, Utah
🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️ 70.3 Ironman finisher

And she’s not done yet—Stephanie qualified for the National Triathlon Championship in 2025 as an age-group athlete and will be training for this incredible goal in 2026! 🔥

We’re beyond grateful to have her knowledge, experience, and heart for fitness here at Exalt. Be sure to give her a warm welcome when you see her in the gym! 👋💙

🔥 CONSISTENCY. COMMITMENT. RESULTS. — 2025 🔥

This is what showing up looked like all throughout 2025.
Week after week. Month after month. No shortcuts—just commitment.

Today we’re celebrating members who made fitness a non-negotiable in 2025. These athletes didn’t rely on motivation—they built habits that lasted the entire year.

🏅 Category 1: The 6+ Month Consistency Club (2025)
These members hit 13+ classes in a month for SIX MONTHS OR MORE during 2025.

That’s an average of 3–4 classes every week, with many showing up 5–6 times per week.

That’s effort. That’s discipline. That’s consistency in action.

👀 If you see your name—drop your secret sauce below!
What helped you stay consistent all year? Accountability? Community? Routine? We want to know!

🏆 Category 2: The 12-Month Commitment Club (2025)
Now THIS is next-level dedication.

These members didn’t just stay consistent for part of the year… they showed up ALL 12 MONTHS OF 2025.

Through busy schedules, hard seasons, and everything life throws their way—they kept choosing themselves.
