Final standings for this years intramural Open 🥁

1st place: The Rebellion (76pts)
2nd place: The Jedi (58pts)
3rd place: The Sith (56pts)
4th place: The Empire (40)

In a galaxy not so far away, the force was strong at this year’s intramural Open…

The Rebellion rose up and squad goals’d the galaxy, proving once and for all that the Force favors those who never skip leg day. They didn’t just win—they thrustered the Empire into submission.

The Rebels fought valiantly, but came up just short—turns out almost overthrowing tyranny is still only good for second place. Their effort? Absolutely out of this world.

The Sith brought the dark side intensity, but couldn’t quite channel enough hate to climb higher than third. Rumor has it their strategy relied too heavily on force-choking the leaderboard.

And the Empire… well… it seems their wall balls were about as accurate as their aim. Finishing fourth, they proved once again that you can build a Death Star, but you can’t outrun burpees.

Every year for our Intramural Open we have a scored event involving a local charity. This year, the gym really rallied around a food drive for Care and Share, and we were able to collect a total of 734lb. of non-perishable food for the local food bank. Great job, everyone!!!

Without you all, the gym is just a warehouse with dusty equipment. But because of you it has been a beacon of health and wellness for all, a safe space for countless, a second home for military service members and their families, and a community that has helped shape lives for the better. 1️⃣4️⃣❕

We had the opportunity to connect with the dental hygiene students at Pueblo Community College today! We educated them on the CrossFit methodology, had some laughs, and got a great partner workout in! Thanks again for having us, and shout out to for putting it all together! You all were wonderful to hang out with for the afternoon!
