Nothing like a reunion at the ballet! 🥰🩰

Blown away by SBA/FBT Alumna, & now Principal Dancer at Houston Ballet, Tyler Donatelli, for her incredible athleticism & artistry on stage.

So happy to see her in Houston Ballet’s west coast premiere of “Sons de L’âme” this weekend at the Segerstrom. Beautiful work by all - thank you to Artistic Director, Julie Kent for the invitation & tickets!

Swipe to see a snippet of Tyler on stage - that tempo is certainly alive! 🤯

Alumna Tyler Donatelli is a Pointe Magazine cover star!

Now a Principal Dancer at Houston Ballet, Tyler grew up training at Southland Ballet Academy & performing with Festival Ballet Theater. We are so incredibly proud to be part of Tyler’s journey, and it has been a joy to watch her career flourish!

We are so excited to see Tyler on stage as Houston Ballet makes its Segerstrom stage debut next week, October 15-18th!

“Sons de L’âme” (Sounds of the Soul), explores the bond between dancer and musician, a thrilling program that features live Chopin by pianist George Li.

Tyler will be performing at every show, but the Saturday matinee will feature her in a pas de deux & longer solo - and the SBA fam will be in attendance! We hope you can join us in celebrating Tyler & the gorgeous Houston Ballet!
