You must:
- have previous experience with a reputable swim school or swim team (we’re not looking for watertime babysitters)
- love making a difference in our student’s lives
- have weekday afternoon/evening and one weekend day availability
- be open-minded, respectful, flexible and able to roll with the punches
- be responsible, accountable, consistent with your word, trustworthy and able to take direction
- have a basic understanding of child psychology
- must have reliable transportation to get to work on time and consistently
- love having fun in the water, teaching a life-saving skill
As of now, we have one position at our FV location (year round) and one at our Irvine location (seasonal).
