The 2026 season is here! We will be holding tryouts on Feb 2nd-3rd from 4:25-6:15 at FIHS!

Tryouts are open to girls in grades 7th-12th zoned for FIHS. Students must have sports physical uploaded to PlanetHS. All players who are trying out must bring all equipment: stick, mouth guard, goggles, cleats, and sneakers.

On Wednesday, December 3rd, we marched in the FI Christmas parade! This is our 3rd year marching and it’s one of our favorite traditions to do as a team!! We decorated our sticks the day before to really embrace the holiday spirit. Happy Holidays! ❤️🎄🥍

We will be holding our last interest meeting before we pick up sticks in January! Our tryouts will be the first week of February. Students should bring a Chromebook to this meeting to get set up in GC and big teams. We look forward to meeting new players! No experience necessary.

Yesterday we celebrated Thanksgiving together as a team!! Teamgiving is a tradition we would like to start for our program and it was a hit! The girls celebrated with a pot luck and writing thank you letters to teachers and admin. We talked about what lacrosse has brought us and what we are thankful for. It was a nice way to end the week before Thanksgiving break 😊🎉🦃🍗
