Back-to-back Band Labs this past weekend and the training was unreal ⚡️

Nothing beats watching dancers lock in, level up, and have fun while doing it!

Keep up with core instructors, Emma & Liv, as they link up with the Cherokee Trail Dance Tram for their Band Lab Intensive 🌟

And a special shout out to core instructors, Lily & Natalie, and the University High dance team for their amazing energy and commitment over the weekend as well! ❤️‍🔥

Still 𝒹𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓂𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝒾𝓃 𝒟𝒶𝓁𝓁𝒶𝓈 after the best weekend at NDCA!
Our hearts (and notebooks) are full - from new connections to inspiring conversations with some truly incredible coaches. So grateful for this community and the way it keeps pushing our sport forward 💫
