Starting next week, Ohio Combat Wrestling Club will be moving to two practice days each week:

📅 Tuesdays and Fridays
⏰ 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM
📍 Venue 18, Fostoria

This will allow us to keep the room more consistent, keep practices focused, and continue giving wrestlers quality mat time each week.

This is a rare opportunity for wrestlers to learn directly from one of the most accomplished wrestlers Ohio has ever produced. The clinic will focus on high level technique, positioning, scoring, and the mindset needed to compete at an elite level. 💪🧠
