I'm loving the new collection at

I was able to work hard in my workout earlier this morning while feeling mobile and flexible. Green is also my favorite color. These clothes always make me feel confident in my workouts because I know I can go hard and be supported by the clothes I'm wearing. Also literally every piece of clothing has a secure pocket. So clutch

It's pull day which means its time to work thr arms. The workouts haven't stopped being grueling and hard and refuses to do the same type of workout more then once. I've learned so many different types of workout moves doing

My arms are feeling worked 💪🔥 I'm seeing my arm muscles continue to gain muscle and get sculpted in ways I've never seen them before. The feeling of creating results through never gets old.

ENDURANCE AND AGILITY 🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♂️🔥
WEEK 5, DAY 3 of

Decided to focus on my workout today and took a break from setting up video. I had no to rely on this morning so it was on my will power to get up and get my workout in. I did 2 rounds of some upper and lower body endurance lifts. Each was a superset that featured a lifting exercise and then followed it up with a quicker pace move for a minute.

The at the end was grueling today. 6 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off for 3 different moves.

can help the fat burning process, but it really comes down to how your diet is; In order to lose weight, you have to be burning more calories then what you are taking in. This is whats called a calorie deficit. Its not easy, but if you really want to get the weight down, this is what you need to do. I spent years in my 20's not really comprehending this at the time and my weight fluctuated from 220lbs to 260lbs a few times. Now in my 30's, I stay around 220-230lbs.

Getting motivation or having motivation to do things is what we all need to get things done in life. However after years of trying to figure out how motivation can be a factor long term, I've learned at this point in my life that action is how you will get the most motivation in life. While motivation will push you to get things done and keep you on a workout grind for a bit, that motivation that's driving you will fade mentally unless you replace it with another piece of motivation to take its place....
