CHANGE IS GOOD!!!! THIS AUGUST AT THE CLUB WE ARE CHANGING THINGS UP!!!!

YOU HAVE ALL ASKED FOR NIGHT CLASSES!!! WE ARE BRINGING THEM BACK!!! CHECK OUT OUR NEW CLASS!!!

30 MINUTE HIIT CLASS!!! Designed to get you in and out leaving sweaty and with an overall muscle burn!! Mixed cardio and weights!!!

Monday and Thursday nights 6-6:30 pm!!
Fridays 5:30-6 am And 9-9:30 am

Interested in cardio kickboxing come join us for an hour on Monday and Wednesday mornings!!

Group weights twice a week focusing on Lower body and core and Upper body and core! Tuesday and Thursday mornings!!!

Please welcome Jess with respect as she whoops your booty’s into shape in the evenings!! 🤗 I am beyond excited to have jess teach!! She is soo motivating and encouraging, if you don’t already you will love her!!
