Cincinnati Dragons Wheelchair Basketball Team Greater Cincinnati Adapted Sports Club provides adaptive recreation in the Cincinnati area

Greater Cincinnati Adapted Sports Club (GCASC) is a nonprofit corporation promoting adapted sports and recreation for children and adults living in the Greater Cincinnati area who experience a physical or developmental disability. GCASC will provide wheelchair basketball programming for children and work to raise awareness of other local adapted sports and recreational opportunities already in pla

ce for both children and adults. GCASC's goal is to increase the physical health, mental well-being and independence of children and adults with disabilities through activity and socialization. With increased participation in sports and recreations, individuals with disabilities will have the opportunity to develop a strong sense of self and the general public will have the opportunity see a thriving community of previously undiscovered athletes.

The Cincinnati Dragons 5K is on Saturday August 29, 2026. It includes the following events: 5K Run/Walk, 5K Wheelchair/Handcycle, 1 Mile Fun Walk, Kid's 1/4 Mile Dash, and Virtual 5K.
