Offering a combined Franklin Method and Pilates mat class tomorrow, Saturday Dec 7, from 9:30 to 11 am. 1.5 hours for 1.5 credits :) We'll be working on mind-body connections in a variety of ways, including work with Franklin Balls and bands. I'll be doing another one on Dec 14 that will be later in the morning from 11 am to 12:30 pm.

Look at all the fun gifts that we've already collected for ! We'll be accepting donations at the studio thru Monday December 16th. Special thanks to all the sweet clients who contribute! If you're interested in adding into the mix, you can donate new, unwrapped books, games, craft kits, sporting equipment, stuffed animals and more for ages 0 and up. They often need extras for infants and ages 9 to 12. TFT does NOT accept food, clothing, realistic looking weapons, electronics or video games. Leave all tags and labels on items.

And what's the crazy spreadsheet on the floor? It's what I assembled to try to study for my final CoreAlign exam so that I could try to get my brain to synthesize content from CoreAlign 1 and CoreAlign 2 - ha! Thank goodness I passed the test! But now I feel like I need to keep working on my spreadsheet so that I can start adding in all of the material that I've come up with on my own, plus material with the Tweener Bar with MOTR arm, etc. 🤣

This beautiful dream catcher was made by the multi-talented Crickett Pettigrew, who I am sad to report has left the planet. We will hugely miss Crickett, but are blessed to have her present every day.

Happy Thanksgiving!

As we celebrate Thanksgiving, there's so much to be grateful for, and we can also share our gifts with others. Thanks to all of you, as members of Sweat Angels by Causely, we've helped to contribute to many causes all year round. The current cause is , and you can help contribute every time you "check-in" at Pilates Works on Facebook.

You can also contribute new books for local children through our annual campaign. We'll have the donation boxes out from Monday 11/27 thru Thursday 12/14, and will be delivering the donations to their warehouse on 12/15. NEW, UNWRAPPED books, toys, games, sporting equipment, hobby kits, craft supplies, etc., are great gifts. They do NOT accept electronics or realistic looking guns/weapons. Our local chapter accepts baby toys and stuffed animals. Just be sure items are NEW with tags still on.

As a fitness studio, I like to include jump ropes as part of our donation every year. Items which help children to exercise their bodies and their brains are great for healthy development!

Immense thanks to all of you who are current or past clients, who have enabled us to continue to be here to serve you!

We are so excited to announce that we will be partnering with Books For Africa from October - December this year! Every 5 check-ins will provide the gift of a book for a child in need. We cannot wait to see the good this community will do together!
