Our group workouts combine strength, cardio, and connection—so you can show up for yourself and your little one. We offer weekly outdoor workouts, monthly Mom’s Night Out socials, and fun local events to help you build strength and find your village. Your first class is always FREE—come stroll with us!

We talk a lot about the workout, the play dates, the fun…but those are really just the beginning. 🤍

We launched iStroll because moms deserve a place to move their bodies with their kids. But what we’re growing together isn’t just stronger moms…it’s connection:

•It’s the moms who answer the potty-training question on a Friday after 3pm.
•The moms who check in when you’ve been quiet.
•The moms who offer to bring dinner when a new baby arrives.
•The moms who say, “Text me if you need anything,” and actually mean it.
•The moms who celebrate your wins, remember your kid’s milestones, and make you feel a little less alone in the beautiful, exhausting, messy season of motherhood.

This is the part of iStroll that means the most to us.

We may meet for a workout, but we’re building something that lasts far beyond the hour we spend together.

We’re building the village. 🤍
