We are a local strength and conditioning gym in the Near Southside neighborhood. We believe that strength is a master quality, and by improving that, all other aspects of fitness and even just quality of life will improve. We offer two different types of small group training classes to meet the needs of our members. Our Strength Practice is designed to build strength in an individual through the u

se of kettlebells, barbells, and our own body weight. Slower movements with higher loads will have longer rest periods in order to allow appropriate time for an individuals' muscular and central nervous system to recover. Our Conditioning Workout is designed to improve an individuals overall conditioning and endurance. This is accomplished through the use of both high intensity and longer sustained intervals. Much like the Strength Practice, we will implement the use of kettlebells, barbells, and our bodyweight, but for a different purpose.
