Third Inter-State Bhutanese Annual Soccer Tournament 2013, is an annual Soccer event of Bhutanese Refugee youths resettled in the United States. It was started in 2011 in Georgia by the Bhutanese youths of Georgia. r-State Annual Bhutanese Soccer Tournament 2013:
1. The Registration Fee for participation in the Tournament is US$ 501.00, and the participating team paid directly through our recommended website (www. org/donate) and other processes like transferring and mailing the amount to our account address.
2. The participation of each team was supposed to be able to represent the Bhutanese Soccer team of their respective state and the number of teams from each state depended upon the Bhutanese population of the state. The maximum number of the team from each state is 1 to 3 proportional to the state's Bhutanese population.
4. Certified referees were employed for each match to ensure fairness and a disciplined tournament.
5. Tournament was of three days with a grand cultural-musical event on the second day including some other celebrations.
6. Every player was required to be able to produce a picture ID indicating that he/she is a Bhutanese American. Every minor (under 18 years) should have and submit a signed "Consent Letter from Parents and/or Medical Insurance/Medicaid". (3 copies: each for organizer, team manager, and self)
7. Lodging and Food were provided with our community people's hospitality.
8. All the participating teams were required to arrive a day before and attend the team captains and coordinators/managers meeting of day before starting of the tournament.
9. The deadline for Registration for the Third Inter-State Annual Bhutanese Soccer Tournament was January 31, 2013.
10. Late fees were supposed to be exercised after the due date. US$ 50.00 was charged if late for the first month after the due date, US$ 101.00 if late for the second month, and no late registration was accepted after the second month(31st March 2013) of the due date.
