The call is real. And so is the fear that comes with it. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

That pull you feel โ€” toward sound, toward your voice, toward holding space for others โ€” it doesnโ€™t go away, does it? It just gets louder and quieter and louder again. And somewhere in the middle of it all, the other voice shows up.

Every year Beltane stops me in my tracks.

Itโ€™s the time on the Wheel of the Year that reminds me โ€” we are the bridge. Between body and spirit. Between whatโ€™s here and whatโ€™s coming. Between the vision and the life weโ€™re actually building. Between the divine feminine and masculine within us.

Beltane โ€” which means โ€œbrilliant firesโ€ โ€” marks the beginning of the bright half of the year in the Celtic Wheel of the Year. It is a time of sacred union, of activation, of feeling the life-force rising in us once again. Itโ€™s a time of pollination, of passion, of stepping forward into the fullness of what we are here to create.

And sound is one of the most powerful ways I know to support these thresholds โ€” on a frequency level, in the body โ€“ it goes beyond words and the thinking mind.

I created this Beltane sound journey to support us in crossing this threshold into more integration, wholeness, and honoring the sparks that call us forward.
