👑Within the safe space of the studio, each participant will be invited to share an emotion they have been experiencing deeply, whether it is joyful, challenging, or connected to a meaningful moment in their life.

🖤As a collective, we will give each emotion a movement, allowing our individual experiences to become a shared expression. Each movement will be woven together to create a final dance piece that we will learn and perform together.

💋I will have a few instrumental songs picked out in advance we can choose from based off what emotions each of us bring, but our ultimate dance for the evening will be something we will all take a part in creating, it will be a COLLECTIVE CREATION 💫

🕯️We will all leave this event a more captivating dancer then we were when we arrived and for some of you this will unlock a whole new avenue of creation and artistry. 🪄

It’s surreal seeing women do the choreography I created and it’s surreal to know that someday I’ll be showcasing my dance studio OG’s like I just did for my hair salon.

🌕 What I’m channeling in this full moon is, patch the holes in your boat. 🛥️ Not every wound needs reconciliation. Not every ending needs to be undone, but painful experiences can still quietly shape the way we love, trust, and move through life.

GREAT NEWS!!! Both the upstairs (studio ) ac units are getting completely replaced! No more taking turns under one of them or the god awful sound. Also wile I have you all here , gentle reminder all of my events are Women Only, and 18+, no exceptions 💋
