Every Memorial Day, we come together for the Murph Workout to honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom.

Murph was created in memory of Lt. Michael Murphy, a Navy SEAL who made the ultimate sacrifice serving our country.

This workout is more than fitness. It’s about heart, sacrifice, gratitude, and pushing ourselves in honor of those who can no longer push beside us.
