Ladies,
Anyone else's brain host a staff meeting at 3 a.m.?

Mine occasionally likes to review:
✅ Every mistake I've made since 1987

✅ Whether penguins have knees

Women over 45 often experience middle-of-the-night awakenings due to hormonal shifts, stress, blood sugar fluctuations, and changes in sleep architecture.

The problem isn't always falling asleep. It's staying asleep.

One thing that helps?

Instead of fighting the wake-up, try this:

Ask yourself:
"What is one thing I can let go of right now?"
Your nervous system listens to your thoughts.
And sometimes the most productive thing you can do is stop trying to be productive.

The Grand 262 Book Launch was absolutely epic! My heart (and notebook!) are overflowing with nuggets of wisdom from all the incredible women who took the stage, such as actress Kate Linder, Liz Goll Lerner and Kolleen Chesley. Deborah Drummond reminded us—once again—to “rock your life,” “rock the stage,” and “rock the page.”

This movement is overflowing with opportunity, sister. And if there’s one thing we know as women, it’s this: we make an impact every single day just by showing up as ourselves.

So let’s keep going—keep standing up, showing up, and speaking up. The world needs what we carry. 💫
