At my yearly physical I was SHOCKED to find out I had low vitamin D and after some research found this was way to common of a problem
Here’s what I’m doing:
☀️ Getting outside more
💊 Taking a weekly supplement provided by my doctor
🦓 Intentionally upping my outside activities like going to the zoo and the park (this one is Sonora’s favorite)
💻 Working outside
🍌 Incorporating higher Vitamin D foods to my diet
