Our Executive Chef from The Tradition-Clearfork, Jesus Ocasio, will be a featured chef at Fort Worth’s 9th Annual Trinity Flyfest on March 9, 2024!

Join us for a day of urban fishing celebration on the Trinity River, right in our own backyard, including the Big Trout Contest, open fishing, kid activities, expert cooking presentations, vendors, and more.

As a featured chef, Jesus will be showcasing his culinary skills with cooking demonstrations of Tropical Trout Ceviche and Trout Papillote. These dishes are a reflection of the exquisite dining experience our residents enjoy every day.

Come out and watch our chef in action, meet some of our residents, and get a taste of the exceptional cuisine that defines The Tradition-Clearfork. See you there!

Don’t know about anyone else but the frogs deserve to be there, they accomplished more than anyone believed, and unfortunately lost to a great team! I am forever a Frog Fan and will continue to be a fan! See everyone next season!
