I know many instructors don’t put much emphasis on a “tight grouping” for a brand new student. They live the law of let them shoot to shoot, be safe etc…

I find that a good explanation of the fundamentals, with proper demonstration, and a calm approach on the range…my ladies get exceptionally good shot placement by how it’s explained from one female to another.
Women WANT to do it right & it’s important to themselves that they do a good job! So I teach them how in the very beginning…bc we can’t miss without penalty.

One thing is for CERTAIN - There are NO misses. (See last photo for example - from 2 years ago). It will land SOMEWHERE. She supposedly “stumbled”. Her finger was on the trigger ❌. Finger stays in high register until YOU have decided it’s time to use deadly force in order not to be crippled or 💀. SHE FIRED the 🔫 and a SCHOOL caught that “miss”. Gross negligence. Grossly Unacceptable.
