Adrian teaches us Power Sled Walking + the benefits!!
Sled work can build the entire posterior chain, raise aerobic and anaerobic capacities while building explosive force, increasing strength endurance and working as a means of restoration.
The intensity and volume depends on the need
To pull the sled, tie a belt around your waist for 60 yards doing 6 trips. Rest as long as the duration of each trip, with an optimal weight that should allow you to keep a constant speed, pushing through the heels with force so you can hear the sled with force so you can hear the sled, pushing through the heels with force so you can hear the sled jerking on each step.
