Bikes & Flights

Bikes & Flights Fort Worth cycling team, riding for a cause We believe riding should be fun and supportive, and we love what we do! Happy riding. 🙂

Team Bikes & Flights is a Fort Worth-based group of cyclists who are passionate about riding our bikes for a good cause, as well as enjoying life with friends and flights - be it beer, whiskey, ice cream, or anything else! Bikes & Flights got its start in 2017 as Team Fed-Up. Over the years from 2017 to 2023, our team rode in Bike MS events in Texas, and we raised approximately $70,000 for various

charities. What started as a team formed of federal employees morphed into something else, and in 2023, the decision was made to shut down Team Fed-Up. From the ashes of Fed-Up, Bikes and Flights rose to the occasion! As a cycling team enjoying an active, healthy and fun lifestyle, we are dedicated to promoting the sport of cycling and broadening its appeal to everyone no matter his/her abilities or age. We hope everyone who rides with us will feel comfortable, encouraged, and supported. Our primary major ride is the Bike MS Round-Up Ride in DFW. This event is dear to our hearts and personal, as members of our team are directly affected by the disease. Year after year, the National MS Society has inched closer to finding or creating a cure, and we are truly hopeful that it will happen soon! Bikes & Flights is happy to be a part of the Fort Worth greater cycling community, and we hope you’ll join us outside!

Hey friends... are you looking for an easy triple-win this month?
Team Bikes and Flights has partnered with our friends at Southside Cellar to continue our fundraising for the 2026 Bike MS!

There are two special beers by Founders Brewing Co. being offered on tap - Easy Drinking Beer & All Day Peach. When you purchase either of these beers, proceeds go directly toward our fundraising efforts benefitting the National MS Society.

1. Drink Beer
2. Support Local
3. Donate to a stellar cause - a CURE for MS!

We hope you'll make it out to visit Southside Cellar this month to participate in this last fundraising push by our team.
Even if you don't drink the beer, you can still donate. Every dollar counts.

It is RIDE WEEKEND for Team Bikes and Flights in DFW!
Saturday morning, we saddle up and ride out of Sundance Square at 7am, crossing the finish at Glen Rose a beautiful 75 miles down the road.
After a bit of rest, we'll do it all again - 75 miles back to Sundance Square on Sunday morning. We hope you'll come cheer us across the finish line and celebrate another fantastic year supporting research for a cure for Multiple Sclerosis!

We are incredibly proud of our team for being recognized again as a Self-Donation Super Team! This means every rider donated to our own fundraising efforts, because we believe in the cause.

It's not too late to support the team! We'll be riding, updating, and fundraising the whole weekend, so if you can help us reach our team or individual goals, we'd love to feel the love! Find our team page here: https://events.nationalmssociety.org/team/91123

Happy riding!
